Hi, would someone be kind enough to help me with
a persistent problem please?
I'm running ZA Internet Security v7.0.470
on Windows XP SP2 and when I use the context menu in Windows Explorer to scan an individual file by right clicking and selecting "Scan with Zone Alarm Antivirus" Explorer crashes with an error message saying "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and has to close" and then all the bits about sending the report back to the Mother Ship etc.
1. does this happen to anyone else?2. does anyone know of a fix for this please?3. is there another way to scan a single file, for example, after a download?
