My system has been infected by CFMOM.EXE. this exec runs as a process and keeps attempting to open web sites(usually gambling or sex sites) every minute or so.
I run internet security suite but the scan does not find the virus and does not clean or delete it.
I found the virus by looking at windows task manager and watching the processes and found this exec to be the problem. If I stop the CFMOM.EXE process then my system stops trying to access theses unwanted sites.
I have tried deleting the process, the prefetch file, and the CFMOM.EXE in system32.which solves the problem for the current session but when the PC is restarted, the CFMOM.EXE re-appears.
I researched this virus on the web and a company called Prevx claims to have an AV product which removes this virus but I do not want two AV systems on my machine
Anyone know how to remove this virus please

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

I don't think this is a virus, probably some form of spyware/hijacker.

Look at the last few links in my signature for help in the Helpful Links marquee.
    Best regards.
