Hi,Welcome to the Forum!Have you tried running a full scan on your Anti-Spyware and then try to update? Perhaps a silly answer for you, but it has worked in some cases with other members. PLEASE let me know, THANKS.SlyFox

I ran a Spyware scan and then tried updating Spyware again. I got the following message:

    cannot parse XML file 'C:\Windows\system32\ZoneLabs\\ZoneAlarm.xml'

    Anti-virus works fine.

    Any futher directions?

    Thanks again for any help.

I am having the same problem.

There is a double slash in the XML file name. Is this legal?

You could try a lot of different solutions, but IMHO the following should fix your problem, if not then Tech Support should be contacted.
