Default why do random scan alerts keep popping up

After several attempts here and trying to get help from Check Point, I still need to know why random scan alerts keep showing up on my computer. I recently did an upgrade (renewal)and updated. Then scanned and applied appropriate fixes. So at any given time my AV just throws out an alert saying it has quarantined another adware bug and usually doesn't automatically delete it. Ok even if it is doing dynamic (on the fly) filtering and protection....isn't there any way to stop it from interrupting my work by just applying whatever fix it is supposed to, and just let me work in peace, WITHOUT showing up in my face and asking for a pat on the back ? Any suggestions would be appreciated. After all I THOUGHT THAT THIS SOFTWARE WOULD DELETE THE PROBLEM ISSUES I'M HAVING. And even if it is ONLY blocking them, I would like to continue working without seeing pop ups from the very software that I paid for to help me feel secure and work in peace. As always....thank you
