Default Exploit.PHP.Userpic.a in ZAClients.chm after upgrading to 7.0.483

Upgraded to 7.0.483 to workaround internet connectivity issue due to MS patch and did a full scan immediately after and got a detection on Exploit.PHP.Userpic.a in ZAClients.chm that was just installed.
    Should I be concerned?

[Note I posted this in the Installation forum as well - wasn't sure which was more approriate]

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

I have the same problem, ZA is also flagging HP printer driver files as infected.Does ZA have a way of reporting false positives?
