Default Virus Scan tab is blank

I recently received a Windows-Defense redirect pop-up warning about a virus and offering Antivirus 2009. I immediately closed the pop-up and opened my ZoneAlarm Security System Control Panel. When I clicked on Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware in the left panel, the right panel included the three tabs but they were blank. I rebooted my computer but nothing changed. I then rebooted and logged in as a different user and the three tabs seem to appear OK. I performed a full scan and nothing was found. What do I need to do to get the first user's Anti-virus screen to be correct?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

Yes, I am having this problem too! I am the only user, and I'm running Vista, but the Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware tab is present, but when you click on it, the window is blank.
