Today ZA said I had virus

    Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.wng

And quarantined Adobe Audition3.0.exe. Now I can't run this program. How can
I verify Audition.exe really is infected? And if it is do I just re-install?

    "Hi!
First upload the file to www.virustotal.com and check the results.

Check which engine is identifying the trojan... is it ZA Antispyware (in spyware quarantine folder) or it is ZA antivirus (is antivirus quarantine folder)?

If Antivirus: send an e-mail to newvirus at kaspersky dot com. Subject: false positive. Attach the file a password protected ZIP archive.
Include the false detection name and the password to open the file.

If antispyware: report the false positive here:
    http://smartdefense.zonealarm.com/tm...cReporting.jsp

    Cheers,
    Fax"

What your asking me to do I don't understand.
Your asking me to send a file. What file? and how do I "upload"?Your asking me to password protect a zip file. how in the heck do you do this?
Please give me some better/more friendly help.
My subscription with ZA expires in three or four months, maybe I should just uninstall ZA and re-install Norton.
