    Default Please help, I have been using ZoneAlarm Pro for many yea...

    Please help, I have been using ZoneAlarm Pro for many years. All of a sudden it won't let me update the spyware section or get any updates to the program. It keeps telling me that it couldn't connect to server (http: upd.zonelabs.com). I have downloaded the latest version and installed it believing that this would solve the problem but it hasn't, and i have tried lowering the setting that may be blocking it from coming in but no luck. I am about to dump it!! I am running Windows XP Service pack 2 with all updates installed. I can still get on the internet and do anything I like but not update Spyware.

    to the Zone Alarm User Forum..VERY IMPORTANT: Please Report the details of your Problem Directly to ZA Tech Support for FREE at www.zonealarm.com/tsform (preferably withIE Browser)The more Users that Report this problem directly to Tech Support, with their Details and what they did to try and resolve the issue, the Sooner Tech support will find a FIX for the problem..Tech Support may ask for your ZA Log Files, and tell you how to do that..
