    Default ZA AS automatic update disabled

    Version 8.9.059.000AS Engine version: 6.0.2.678 DAT file version: 915051681AV Engine version: 5.0.202.0 DAT file version: .01.200810.4776
    I can not turn on automatic update and the program does not respond to a manual update request. Also, I am unable to set a AV schedule. I receive an non-specific error message: "Encountered an error saving the Anti-virus scan schedule. Please try again." No matter what I change, the error persists.
    I have reset the database without any effect.
    How do I solve the problem(s)?

    Only in the sense that a complete reinstall was a "soultion".
    The report was somewhat misleading as the actual software was/is ZA ISS.
