    Default AntiVirusPro 2009

AntiVirusPro 2009 has downloaded onto my computer, bypassing ZA spyware. Now I cannot access the zone alrm website, I cannot delete the program in 'add/remove/programs', it will not allow me to be directed to exact websites on google, and I cannot download anti virus updates or spyware from my ZA program.I was thinking about removing ZA,then installing, but it sounds like this will not solve my problem.Ideas>TwoSox
