Default EMAIL attachment download permission issue when ZA is active

There must have been a recent update to ZA Internet Security Suite and when I now click on an email attachment, it downloads, but when it tried to OPEN the attachment I now get a permission issue in:
    C:\Documents and Settings\(your account name)\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\(temporary file name)
Under EMAIL PROTECTION in ZA I have turned OFF the "Inbound Mailsafe Protection". Even when I had it "on" I added the file type I wanted (A family photo in .JPG format) as "OK", still did not work.
The important fact here is: When I turn-off/shut-down ZA......I can download email attachments with NO ISSUE.
    Windows XP and using IE7
    ZoneAlarm Security Suite version:
    TrueVector version:
    Driver version:
    Anti-virus engine version:
    Anti-virus signature DAT file version:965572422
    Anti-spyware engine version:
    Anti-spyware signature DAT file version:01.200812.5005
    AntiSpam version:
I appreciate any help getting around advance

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

Default Re: EMAIL attachment download permission issue when ZA is active

ADDITION: I went on to my "next problem of late" and please add to this -> Game sites (like free AOL games for example), that cause JAVA to run on your machine to play JAVA will not automatically run.
Again, I tried shuttig down ZA and the games work just fine. I can't even go to the JAVA download page and run the version checker when ZA is even that will hang the browser. Shut off ZA, and everything is fine.
Where do I fix this one?
    Thanks in advance.....part II
