    Default Zone Alarm Pro hangs at 97% during anti spyware scan

    Hi there,
    I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. Whenever I do a deep spyware scan with Zone Alarm Pro, it hangs at 97% and shows "Current Data: Win32.Trojan.Starter.ds". I've done a search in the Zone Alarm Support Center Knowledge Base and it finds nothing.
    I'm running WinXP Pro, Kaspersky Anti Virus 7.0. All software is current.
    I would appreciate any help with this problem...

    Are you doing the scan in safe mode?
    If not, try that.
