I read every post i could find on this but can't solve the problem.
When i run ZA update I am seeing an error "can't connect".
I tried solving it using the process from: http://www.zonealarm.com.au/main/kb_...asp?KBID=11433 but when i try to do the "UPDATE SERVERS" step I see something that is wrong.
When I try to do a lookup for kav.zonelabs.com it can't be found and when i try do to a look up for upd.zonelabs.com it will come back as 127.0.0.1 and for avu.zonelabs.com it works properly.
When i try to direct a web browser to kav.zonelabs.com/version.txt it is coming back as page not found.
