Default Anti-spyware update fails behind proxy server

    Hi
    I am running a few
machines behind a company proxy server. Everything is working fine, except that anti-spyware can not update. When I try to update manually by pressing the "Update Now" button I get the error message

HTTP response code said error ('http://upd.zonelabs.com/zonealarm/online//Catalog.zip')

The proxy server information is configured within
"Preferences / General / Options", however I did not find any place to
enter the user name and password for the proxy server.
    What do I need
    to do
to be able to update the anti-spyware?
    Thanks for any helpMike

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

Hi!in fact, there is no such an option for inserting username/password.ZA is developed for home environments and lacks of typical enterprise features.Sorry.Cheers,Fax

    Hi Fax
    Thanks for your reply.
I just find it strange that there is the possibility to
    configure and
use a proxy server for internet connection, but just without username and password...Also the product is called ZoneAlarm Pro, so I was expecting it to be for professional users.
Do you know if it possible
to manually update anti-spyware?Like copying the updated files
from a machine at home (not using a proxy) to a memory stick and then to the machines behind the proxy?
Thanks in advance for any help on this!
    CheersMike

So, home users are usually connected directly to internet or via a router.
