I can not turn on automatic update and the program does not respond to a manual update request. Also, I am unable to set a AV schedule. I receive an non-specific error message: "Encountered an error saving the Anti-virus scan schedule. Please try again." No matter what I change, the error persists.
I have reset the database without any effect.
How do I solve the problem(s)?
