I recently purchased a new computer with Vista 64-bit. I installed Zone Alarm Extreme Security program but in the anti-virus/spyware section it says (in the anti-virus box) --
"Anti-virus scanning is de-activated. This can occur if the system clock has been set forward or anti-virus updates are disabled"
I've clicked on the "fix it" button but it comes right back on without fixing anything.
My system clock has NOT been set forward and is on the correct time, date, and year.
Anti-virus updates are NOT disabled and I have run an update and ZA
recognizes anti-virus as current and updated.
Does anyone have any idea why I can't turn on Anti-virus?
Anti-spyware works fine.
Thanks in advance for any help,
