Default ZA Extreme installed but "antivirus not properly set" message comes up

    Hello all,
I recently purchased a new computer with Vista 64-bit. I installed Zone Alarm Extreme Security program but in the anti-virus/spyware section it says (in the anti-virus box) --
"Anti-virus scanning is de-activated. This can occur if the system clock has been set forward or anti-virus updates are disabled"
I've clicked on the "fix it" button but it comes right back on without fixing anything.
My system clock has NOT been set forward and is on the correct time, date, and year.
Anti-virus updates are NOT disabled and I have run an update and ZA
recognizes anti-virus as current and updated.
Does anyone have any idea why I can't turn on Anti-virus?
    Anti-spyware works fine.
Thanks in advance for any help,
    Lo Phat

I was having the same problem with Zone Alarm Internet Security Suites and decided to upgrade to ZA Extreme. Totally deleted the old program and installed ZA Extreme and the same problem

"ZoneAlarm Extreme Security has de-activated Anti-virus scanning.
This can occur if the system clock has been set forward or anti-virus
    updates are disabled."

I have not idea what to do and same as you. The fix it link doesn't work.

Hope we figure this out soon.
