    Anti-virus/spyware/Main

    Under Advanced Options/Spyware Management/Exceptions

The spyware must first be detected in the Scan Results list. Here you can choose to Ignore Always or Remove from List.

You can use Help menu in the GUI of ZoneAlarm

    Or download the following

ZoneAlarm User Guide version 8.0 ( pdf format )
    At this Link :

Thanks for your reply, What I really meant is to exempt working folders and its enclosed files within the folder, I don't wish to scan some of these folders, not necessary to etc.
Also after downloading the new Zone ver 8.0.298.000, when scanning in "Full System Scan" or "Deep Inspection Scan" my computer now take too long to get through the scan previous ver of Zone it took aprox. hour or so, now it takes well over 9 hours to scan through files, is there a bug in new version or was there corruption when I downloaded the new ver. does anybody else have this problem with slow scanning, the scan in Quick intelligent scan seems to OK. Thanks for your help Peta.
