I've been using ZA Internet Security Suite for quite a few years, and have encountered this issue several times. The clean uninstall/reinstall seemed to be the best way to cure it, but it doesn't always succeed. Sometimes it miraculously resolves itself! I recently upgraded to the Extreme Security package and wouldn't you know it, the "Antivirus update is overdue" message came right along with it. When I try the updates I get "Error: Unable to connect" for the antivirus and "couldn't connect to server ('http://upd.zonelabs.com/Zonealarm/online//Catalog.zip')" for the antispyware. Don't you think fresh updates should come along with a new product download? This software is nice when it's working properly, but can be EXTREMELY frustrating when these issues pop up on a fairly regular basis. I can see by the forum posts I'm not alone with my experience. Any suggestions?
