Just got DSL with Qwest
which comes with
Windows Live which I do not like.
I followed all the instructions to change my e-mail
default to Outlook Express.
So far, I have been able to send and receive e-mails with Outlook Express, but keep getting error messages, i.e., 0x800CCC0f, 0x800CCC0e.
Something is not working right.
I called Qwest help and she said it is an anti-virus issue so I am hoping you might be able to help.
I have been working on this for days and not getting any further.
Outlook Express worked fine 9 days ago, so I don't believe it is a problem with the software.
When changing to Outlook Express I did the following:
Properties, Servers.Income mail:
My server requires authertication.
Advanced Properties.Outgoing mail (SMTP)
25Income mail (POP3
This server requires a secure connection (SSL)
Can you help me?
