Default Virus Detection False or Valid?

    When I visit a website on a portal I get a detection of Trojan-Downloader.JS.Iframe.aqo
    .
The website administrators have placed a corporate antivirus scanner onto the server and it shows clean.
Is Trojan-Downloader.JS.Iframe.aqo a false positive detection or is this virus so new that only Kaspersky is detecting it.
I am using Windows XP SP2 with ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite 7.0.483.000True Vector Security Engine 7.0.483.000Driver Version 7.0.483.000Antivirus Engine version 3, DAT file version 982091554Antispyware Engine version 5.0.189.0, DAT file version 01.200904.5695Antispam version 5.0.6.8903
    Help please !

Hi!probably only Kaspersky will be able to answer your question... see here below how to report false positives to Kaspersky:http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...essage.id=3780Cheers,Fax

Thank you for your reply and for the link to instructions on how to reach Kaspersky.
The link at the url you gave talks about putting the infected file into a password protected zip to send to Kaspersky, but how do I get the quarantined file zipped without setting the virus loose on my pc ?
    Thanks for your help.

Hi!there is no 100% safe procedure, if you are really convinced its a false positive than you should not have problems... otherwise leave it as it is.Cheers,Fax

Kaspersky says it is a false positive and will be fixed in their next update.
One of my co-workers also found this blog post about it...
    http://www.infosecblog.org/2009/04/k...rhtc-poss.html
It would be good if ZoneAlarm offered a button to click to password+zip the quarantined file to prep it for email to Kaspersky or whomever does verification.
I hope they consider that for future upgrades.
    Thank you for your help.
