Default How to remove a trojan

    Hello all,
Everytime I start my computer, Zone Alarm notifies me it has quarantined a virus -
    Trojan-Spy.Win32.Agent.akwj was found in C:\Windows\System32\gaopdxnnmnodjbcbqvkiaxnuytqime lcxadsmp.dll on 4/10/2009 20:18:20
How can i remove it permanently from my computer? Or do i have to rebuild the hard drive, starting at the factory installed point?

    Thanks for your response.
I tried the ZA suggested solution, as well, I attempted to download the malware solutions.
The ZA suggestion did not remove / delete the virus. At the end of the scan, no viruses were found, however, after rebooting the same virus came up as being quarantined.
My computer would not allow the downloads.
    Do you have other suggestion?
    Steve
