    Default \\?\globalroot\systemroot\system32\uactptspwmejcmr hil.dll

I recently discovered a persistant virus on my PC located in global memory:
Zone Alarm Extreme flags this virus as:
    was found in \\?\globalroot\systemroot\system32\uactptspwmejcmr hil.dll on 6/3/2009 7:50:04"
My problem is that the latest version/update of Zone Alarm Extreme (as of this date)
finds this virus, but cannot remove it.
Upon finding this virus, ZA Extreme says it will "Delete on Reboot", rather than just "Delete".
Sadly, upon reboot, the virus remains again...and again....and again...
In the log of events, ZA Extreme says the it tried to Quarantine the virus, but "failed".
Has anyone else encountered this virus yet, or is there already a known solution to it that Zone Alarm Extreme hasn't found?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:5.x
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Extreme Security
