    Default True Vector Shutdown

I am getting the message "True Vector internet monitor has shut down. Do you wish to restart it?" This occursonce or twicea week and occurs when I have left the computer and it goes into standby. The True Vector message is displayed when I awaken the computer.I am unable to tell how long True Vector has been off, that is, whether itgoes off sometime during the standby period or just as the computer awakens from standby.1. During the interval that True Vector is shut down, is the firewall off and the computer unprotected?2. What can I do to prevent true vector from going off? I am using ZoneAlarm Pro version 6.1.737. The computer has an always-on DSL connection.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro
    Software Version:6.0

    Default Re: True Vector Shutdown

If you get frequent messages of true vector shut downs the best is to do a clean uninstall and then a clean install. Follow this procedure to make the clean uninstall http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...d=23496#M23496
I sugest this as when the true vector is down you are not protected.
    Best regards
