    Default System Error: Please Reboot

    ZoneAlarm opens up in windows with a YELLOW X in the file tray and upon opening the Program there is an "System Error: Please Reboot." I've performed a clean uninstall and reinstall of ZA 6.1.737.000. Same problem. Clean uninstall and rolled back to 6.0.667.000. Same problem. did a clean uninstall and tried to roll back to but computer crashes with "blue screen of death" and message saying "Bad Pooler Caller"(?or something along those lines). Please help if possible.

    Yes, i have the same problem, but not a solution, sorry.
    Can anybody help?

    Sometimes the firewall is corrupt and a 'clean' uninstall will not get all the remnants of Zone Alarm. Go through the manual uninstall steps as best you can. Booting in the Safe Mode will allow you to remove any remaining files.
