    Default Asking for access more than once

    I get message
    for familiar program asking access with added note that it has previously asked for access----even after I click box to not show message again. What's that about ?

    It could be a couple things. The next time it asks, click 'allow' and the 'remember' box, then right click on your Zone Alarm icon in the system tray, select 'shutdown Zone Alarm', wait a minute, then open Zone Alarm again. Now open the program and see if it asks again. If not, you're probably good to go: if it does, your Zone Alarm database is corrupt and should be reset. Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode. {Instructions if needed}
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4.Reboot into the normal mode.
