    Default Log Events of Zone Alarm Pro seem to disappear

    We have noticed that the event logs does not seem to be present in the log files, or viewable in the log viewer although we have enabled this feature.
    To try and identify what is going on, we changed the "alert Events shown" icon to high to ensure that we are getting alerts, but these does not seem to appear in the log files.

    Duplicate threads merged

    Try Alerts & Logs --> Main --> Custom (Check all boxes),

    Alerts & Logs --> Main --> Event Logging (set to On),

    and Alerts & Logs --> Main --> Advanced. Check the settings there and either press "Reset to Default", or choose the settings you want. By default some types of blocked connections are alerted but not logged, so you might want to check all the boxes in the "Log" column.
