    Default Cannot Download zlsSetup_61_744_001_en.exe from

    The subject quotes my Internet Explorer message that tells me I cannot download an update.
    The message goes on to say:"The connection with the server was reset."
    This has happened on six attempts over three
    days to download
    an update the alert system tells me I need.
    I just don't know if I should keep trying or if there is another problem.
    I have routinely downloaded updates in this manner before.
    Many thanks for any advice.

    Hi StevenSouza,

    Are you using any type of "Web Download Accelerators or Download Managers"?
    If you are, PLEASE turn them off, as this will cause your problems downloading with Zone Alarm.

    It appears that the root certificate on your machine is corrupted and thus cannot validate. Try following these steps first and see if it helps:

    Open Your browser and navigate to the following URL.
    Once at the web page follow the directions to reset your root certificates.
