    Default C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download

I've seen the above item listed as a "Blocked" item in the OSFirewall log.
    It's a Spawn ProcessData is "C:|Windows\System32\msiexec.exe"and program is "C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\Ins tall\mpas-f.exe"
It's been blocked!, as far as I can see it looks like a Windows Update? but the "install" directory of the above structure does not exist. There are however loads of other directories that actually look like registry keys. This process was blocked 2 days ago, blocked once but hasnb't run again!Should it have been allowed? If so how do I re-run it
    ThanksDean

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition

First I'd go to my Zone Alarm Program Control > Programs and right click on Mpas-f.exe the click to 'remove' it. Also delete all Win32 cabinet references as well. Then follow these Microsoft directions for updating Windows Defender Beta which I assume you're using. When you come to the part where you 'check for updates' make sure you grant 'access' if you get a Zone Alarm program alert.
