    Default Also problems with opening ZoneAlarm

    Hey there

    I have the same problem as some of the others in here:
    I can't open ZA after downloading the latest update. It says I do not have the right to open it. Furthermore, this has resulted in me not able to log on to the internet from home (wireless), as I've reinstalled ZA, thereby losing all settings.

    Please help

    Hi,

    Try resetting your database. Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode. {Instructions if needed}
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4. Reboot into the normal mode.
