    Default asks for registration

    Hi,I registered my ZAPro a long time ago when I first bought it, but there is always the statement on the main page that says something about "this product has never been registered". I still have over 600 days of paid support left, and the website always recognizes a log in or a renewal purchase, so I figure somehow they know me. What else do I need to do to register, or do I even need to?Thanks,Mike

    If you just upgraded to version ZA 6.5x then it sometimes takes time for the new installation to register with your information for the new upgrade. That message should go away soon. You can force a manual update under Overview > Preferences and click on Check for Update. Try opening up Internet Explorer before forcing the ZA check for update option and this sometimes helps the new version to register. If you are still having this problem after a few days post for help again in this forum.
