    Default ZoneAlarm having amnesia?

Lately I've noticed that ZoneAlarm is having a problem applying a setting to an executable so that I don't have to respond to that situation again. For an example:

ZoneAlarm Security Alert HIGH Spyware Doctor is trying to communicate with C: Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zlclient.exe by opening its process Application: sdhelp.exe

It appears that no matter how many times I "Allow" this process to perform I will have to answer this question each and every time for each process when I start my computer. There are about eight other programs/executable that follows the example above.

I am not receiving any warnings or indicators that ZoneAlarm is having a problem. But I will have to go through the same scenario as I described above each and every time I turn my computer on or reboot. Has anyone else experience such problem or one that is similar to mine?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Software Version:6.5
