    Default AntiVirus update failed

    I installed ZA Internet Security Suite on a new Dell desktop.When I try to update I get the following message.Anti virus update failedProblem: "failed to connect"The Dell came with Mcafee which I tried to unistall before hand, but there still could some files leftover.Thanks,TNN

    Perhaps some McAfee is remaining. Try the advice I used in this post to remove the McAfee with their cleanup tools:

    I would also consider that the databse in the ZA has become corrupted. Deleting the files will cause the ZA to start from fresh and creative a new datsbase. Please use the steps from Guru Bill:
