    Default Alerts that I receive are not logged

    I am running ZAPro v.6.5.722.000 on WindowsXP-MCE
    Alert Events Shown - is set to High
    Event Logging - is On
    Program Logging - is set to Medium
    Alert Events and Log Settings/Alert Events - are ALL checked
    Log Archive Location is set to the default: C:\Windows\InternetLogs\ZALog.txt
    I AM getting pop-up alerts from time to time, but when I check the log there are NEVER any entries.
    I checked my Alert Archives - and they have no data - just header info.
    Everything else seems to be working properly.

    I feel like I have checked and rechecked everything...any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Welcome to the Forum!

    Try resetting your database and see if that will fix it. Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.
