    Default Security Alerts

These three alerts becomes oftentimes and I can't allow them permanently:- Windows explorer is trying to communicate with C:\Windows\system32\ZoneLabs\vsmon.exe by opening its process;- LSA Shell [Export Version] is trying to communicate with C:\Windows\system32\ZoneLabs\updclient.exe by opening its process;- Generic Host Process is trying .... [the same].By the way I had allowed de Trust Level, Trust/Internet Acess and Trust Server.I hadn't allowed the Internet Server because it's recommended by youto not do it.So, what must I do to erase the problem?

None of the first two mentioned processes need server rights for the Trusted Zone. Have the three of these been given Super? This may help. Also the Windows Explorer can be set as "Ask" for the Internet Access.

If it still persists, try the right click in the Program listing` and open the Options and let these three have "Allow Application Interaction".

Maybe this will reduce the Alerts.

If it still persists then the database is probably been corrupted. The deletion of the files IAMDB.RDB and the BACKUP.RDB in the Internet Folders in the WINDOWS Folder will fix this . The deletion must be done in the Safe Mode, not the normal mode. Do the emptingof the Recycle Bin or use the Disk Cleaner. After the restart, the ZA will cleaned of all entries and info and will appear fresh and clean as the moment it was first installed.

Hope this helps and have a great weekend!
