Hi and welcome to the Zone Alarm Users Forum.

Which version of the ZA are you using? Are there any other alerts from the antivirus or the antispy? To be sure the PC is clean, try the online scan from bitdefender.com using the IE6 and a second scan from trenmicro.com. Also either from the freeware ewido ( after trial it becomes freeware) or their online scan. This should check for virus, worms and trojans and some spyware to ensure the PC is clean from malware.

The database in the ZA probably has become corrupted. The best way to remedy this is by deleting the IAMDB.RDB and the BACKUP.RDB files in the Internet Logs of the Windows folder, but only in the Safe Mode. The reboot should clean the data out and the ZA will be as it was when it was first installed. Best check out the post from Guru Bill about this procedure.
