I receive the message: "The firewall has blocked internet access to 220.127.116.11 from your computer". The program is Symantec AntiVirus. I have marked messages re Symantec AntiVirus as "allowed". Why is the firewall blocking access? Is there something more I need to do? I am a new user of the Free version of ZoneAlarm Firewall.
