    Default True Vector

    Im new here and don't know if this is the correct area...but...its about True Vector. Today I had a problem with my computer and upon rebooting I noticed my Free Zonealrm did not fuction. I went to Uninstall and uninstalled ZA then went to ZA site and downloaded newest version, but I could not open the EXE file. I got a message "Setup in unable to log into the True Vector......" I Googled and after going to several sites I found this forum. I went as far as rebooting in SAFE mode. then c:\windows\internet logs but all I got was this message: Previous error log found in the C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs directory.

    As of now I have this file, zlsSetup_65_7_37_000_en on my desktop but cannot successfully download ZA as all I get is that True Vector error message. What can I do to solve my problem? Thanks

    Try the cleanup as per Zone Labs and the ZA installer should work just fine.
