Default Windows XP does not recognize ZoneLabs firewall

I have the latest version ZoneLabs Security Suite.
For some time now, Windows has not recognized the ZoneLabs firewall.
I've had ZoneLabs in various incarnations since 2002 but this only started this past summer.
I've been in touch with tech support to no avail.
Every time I boot up I get a message from Windows saying that there appears to be no Firewall or Virus Protection.
    It's annoying!
Is there any way to get Windows XP to detect the ZoneLabs Firewall and anti-virus program?
After all, it used to be fine.

Hi and welcome to the ZA Users Forum

Try turning off the ZA and enabling the Windows Firewall and then disable the windows Firewall and enabling the ZA. Do complete shut downs and startups between each step. It is a fault in the Windows OS itself.

Also just disable the Alerts in the left side of the Security Center using "Change the way Security Center alerts me". Very sure the ZA Icon will show you the ZA firewall is working and the ZA will show you that the antivirus is working.
