Default ZA thinks my wife's computer is on W98SE but it's actually on WXP; how do I correct?

My wife and I use separate computers, BOTH on Windows XP, and we share ZA Security Suite, both computers were registered some time ago, both worked well for a while.
Now, my wife's computer gets messages that she is on Windows 98SE which ZA no longer suppports, and she can't correct that misunderstanding.
Also, now she can't upgrade other software such as Quicken because ZA thinks she still is on W98SE.Please help.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Software Version:6.5

Are you sure your wife's computer uses XP? The reason I ask is that ZASS should not block the updating of any other software because it thinks you're using Win 98SE. Go to your Control Panel > System and see what it says there. Does it say Windows XP?
