In the last few days one of my users has started having a problem with MS Office. When he tries to open some xls files it gives him an error that a connection to 127.0.0.1: is blocked. The same also happens when using MS Word.
I set 127.0.0.0/255.255.0.0 in the trusted zone, but he is still getting the error and when it occurs it locks up Office. Any ideas on what else could have happened. I suspected and update from MS or possibly ZA, but since I haven't seen any postings for these, I assume that it has to do with something the user did.
