I am getting a new alert 2-3 times a day
ZoneAlarm Security Suite needs to check with the ZoneAlarm servers for updated junk mail blocking rules and techniques.

I click the Yes button.
But again I am getting this almost daily and sometimes more then once a day.
Is this normal?
