Default database reset does not work

I have a problem with ZA not remembering when I tell it to remember to permit or deny certain programs. In the FAQ, it said to delete the database. I did it exactly as outlined. And the problem keeps on returning. What to do?

What version of ZA are you using?Do you have any other security tool installed? These may conflict with ZA (depending on the version)You could try a clean uninstall. Please follow closely this instructions:http://www2.nohold.net/noHoldCust542...n_install.htmlFax

    I am on 6.5.737
    My antivirus is ESET NOD32

I will try a clean uninstall/reinstall and see if that helps.

Well, so far batting a big fat zero. I am trying to figure out how to download the freshest latest copy of ZA Pro from the zonelabs website. I tried update, but it tells me I am up to date, which obviously means I am running a patched copy! Which is also exactly what I don't want: to reload my stored original .exe file, then download patches over it - again. So, how the heck to I find a link that lets me download, without repurchasing it. And why should I have to pay ZL tech support to find out simple stuff like that?
