I occasionally receive messages alerting me to a high risk packet bloccked by ZAP that has been sent to port ** by a remote computer etc. When
I click on more info/hacker ID the message from the report gives me no clue as to whether or not the 'hacker' is
benign or whether I should be 'submit alert info'.
As a consequence I generally click the 'Submit alert info' button out of sheer curiosity to see what the hackers score is and only then discover that the score is '0' or 34000.
Is there any way of telling in the hacker id whether the report should be made or that the 'hacker is benign. For instance I've just received a high notice and when I view the 'more info' it details the 'hacker as BTOpenworld. I'm fairly sure that this is benign but how do I tell?
