Can anyone help me with a problem I am getting on one of my computers.
Bought ZoneAlarm Security Suite 6.5 with two licences, running XP
Pro on both computers and have registered both licences also.
The problem I'm having is with my son's computer, it has not updated since the day after installilng ZonleAlarm.
Firewall is up to date but
the AntiVirus/Anti spyware are not updating automatically or when I try and run it manually.
Message states it is unable to connect to Zonealarm and that it has timed out, my computer is working
fine and all updates are coming in automatically.Shoud I reinstall the disk or
