    Default OS Firewall denial

Trying to use a self contained executable named Software Information for Windows (siw.exe). Program does not install anywhere. Have it in a subfolder in C:\Program file and a shortcut to my desktop.
When I try to run the program I get none cryptic error message from Win XP that says "Windows cannot access device, path, or file. You may not have correct permissions."
Checked through ZA logs (registered ZA Pro version) and find a Critical error in the OS Firewall log for this executable. Tried to right click on the log item and it does not give me any abilities to add this as a safe process. Tried to add the executable (siw.exe) in Program control as trusted, it seems to take, then when I rerun the program I get another critical log message and the program control item changes to kill. If I turn off ZA the executable runs fine.
How can I override the ZA Pro program to let this executable run.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro
    Software Version:7.0

You have to find I in the program list and give it a higher trust level.
