Default True Vector issues after 4 hours

I have been using ZA Free for a couple of years without any issues, but after upgrading to Version 7 I'm experiencing the following issue:

After a couple of hours (appr. 4) of running, the computer gives either one of the following errors:
    -
    Microsoft Visual C# runtime library
    Runtime error Program H:\windows\system32\zonelabs\vsmon.exe
This app has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unusual way.....
    -

    or

    -
The true vector internet monitor has shut down, do you wish to restart it?

After clicking 'yes', this message keeps on repeating.
    -

The only way to get out of this is, is by restarting the PC.

What I've done sofar, following suggestions from this forum:
    - Did a complete /clean install of Zonealarm and after that re-installed the latest version (including deleting directories like internet logs before reinstalling (actually, there are several descriptions for a full de-install on this forum, I tried 3 versions)
    - Checked if I had the latest version of the runtime libraries (through support.microsoft.com/kb/259403 )

What I use on my PC:
    - Windows XP Pro
    - Microsoft office 2003, including outlook
    - IE 6
    - logitech webcam (also found something about that on this forum, followed those instructions too)
    - Symantec antivirus

I have another PC with a similar configuration, without any problems.

Any suggestions where else I could look to solve this issue?

    Thanks,
    D

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)
    Software Version:7.0

    Hello,

I've the same problem in my environment.

    PC running with:

Win XP + SP2 + all updates up to now.

The system eventlog shows the error no. 7034.

Following is the error that HP port resolver can't be started because of a lack of system ressources (DCOM server could not be started, error 10000).

Complete uninstall, restart and new installation of ZL doesn't help.

    A hint from tool support : reregister the HPBPRO.exe: HPBPRO.exe - RegServer

If this doesn't help, run HPBPRO.exe -Service

    Regards

I was able to solve the problem yesterday by upgrading ZA to the newest version that has come available recently (7.36 from the top of my head). Since I have installed that version the issue has not occurred anymore.
