Default Internet Explorer "Act as Server" port 49549

Anyone have any idea why IE 7.x is trying to act as a server on port 49549? I can't find any reference to this port anywhere in relation to any application let alone IE.
    Any ideas?

The vista Os has introduced some new ports to be used. in the high range. This is part of the new vista OS.

IPv6 is built in and some new netwroking features are introduced, so the new changes are not unexpected

Let me have a look around for some details. I'm just a XP user.
