Default Windows blue screen of death

HelloI have a strange problem which I don't know if it is connected with ZA 7.0.362.000 or not. Everything else on the system is running fine and I can email and surf all day. When I go onto ebay (www.ebay.co.uk) the page stays up for a few seconds then I get the Windows blue screen of death which says:The error message is:
Problem detected and Windows shut down
Check adequate disk space (I have plenty)
If driver identified in stop message then disable driver or check for updates. Try changing video adaptors. Check for BIOS updates, disable caching or shadowing.
    Technical Information:
*** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x8054aa32, 0xF8A30c34, 0xF8A30930)Anyone have any suggestions please of why my problem is just on this one particular website? I have added www.ebay.co.uk to the trusted zone of ZA but it still happens. Many thanksAndrew

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/330182

It does sound like some driver needs updating.

The best source for stop codes or "bug codes" is at microsoft.com...

    http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms789516.aspx

Also look for the 7E at here>

    http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm

It is easier to wade through.

There is a special BSOD link in here>

    http://www.nohold.net/noHoldCust25/P...bsodcrash.html

And contact ZA Technical Support by email (free) here>

OldsodMany thanks for your reply. I have read the information but am still none the wiser. I have submitted a report to ZA Tech Support to see if they can help. I have uninstalled ZA and the problem didn't happen but when reinstalled it did therefore I think it is a ZA issue. Thanks againAndrew

Technical Support may ask for a dump file. So save it for sending. They may want a TVDEBUG files from the WINDOWS\Internet Logs, so save those too. Also a LSPConflict file, if it exists.

Possiblely some software conflict or outdated driver is the problem.

Let them read the stop codes entirely and decipher it. It that last grouping of codes that has the dirty details for a solution. They can be deciphered from MS info, but let the paid staff handle it.

    Cheers,

    Oldsod
