    Default zlclient.exe - Corrupt File

The file or directory C: is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility.
This message came up when I was
defragmenting. Could someone help asto what I should do.
I also noticed that Wordpad does not come up and when I click on a link in myemails, which I have on the sbcglobal server (I do not bring them to my computet),the link is not responding. Whether that has anything to do with the above, I haveno idea.
Thank you to whoever can and wants to help. I am concernbed about the securityof the firewall with this message. I have just recently had a very bad virus.
