    Default Unable to download attachments from email

    I am unable to download files from my yahoo.com email. Most of these files are excel spreadsheets while some are pdf.
    The windows message is this : "Windows cannot access the specifies device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
    This is new. I've always been able to download file from email.
    When I shut down ZA, then I have no problem. Therefore it's a ZA issue.
    I can DL from optonline email with no difficulty.
    Additionally I am unable to download from internet sites when clicking on thumbnails.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    I have allready done some investigating and I can tell you that the Privacy/Mobile code control setting is already turned off.

    Stratocpa,
    There might be a setting someplace under email control or programs where .xls could be set to be allowed. I know that when the client is Outlook, there's a long list which you can tweek to permit .zip, or .exe or excels, pdfs etc.

    That said, I'd still be looking behind Privacy. Specifically the MIME objects. Do review all those privacy tabs, the answer might be there

    You did not specify which ZA you run nor the version. please do so, as it will help the next helper.
